Aim measures body fat percentage and muscle quality (MQ). It’s the world’s first device to accurately rate your muscle fitness for up to 24 individual muscle groups, enabling you to optimize your training by muscle, maintain your strongest areas, and work on the ones that need improvement. Aim’s total body fat and MQ metrics are calculated after measuring four muscles: biceps, triceps, abs, and quads.
Your stats will automatically sync to your Bluetooth Smart-compatible mobile device. This app will track your results, so you can monitor your progress over time and see when you’re losing fat and gaining muscle.
